Steven Chilinski – President/CEO
Steve has managed the growth of several healthcare and technology companies over the past 20 years of his career. His healthcare focus has primarily been on providing best-in-class products and services to the acute care and alternate site markets. Steve graduated Magna Cum Laude receiving a BS degree from Syracuse University. He and his wife, Lisa, have two daughters and, when time permits, Steve pursues a goal of continuous quality improvement of his golf game.
Glen Palmer – COO
Glen has over 20 years of experience in the field of nuclear pharmacy since receiving his BS degree at Albany College of Pharmacy of Union College. Most of his career has been spent with PharmaLogic which includes successfully opening and managing three radiopharmacies in West Virginia and New York. On the home front, Glen and his wife, Michelle, are busy raising five children (three sons and two daughters). In his free time, Glen enjoys his time as a Boy Scout leader with his sons and coaching soccer.
Frank Edwards – CFO
Frank has over 25 years’ experience across diverse industries and as CFO of public and privately held companies in both high growth and turnaround situations. He has led numerous financings and has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions. After completing a Bachelor Degree he earned a Graduate Diploma from McGill University and began his career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers spending a total of eight years in Canada and the U.S..
Richard Van Sant – Director of Regulatory Affairs/QA
Richard received his BS in Chemistry from Austin Peay State University and went on to complete his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy. Richard served in the US Army, both on active duty and in the reserves. Richard has been in the field of nuclear pharmacy for over 25 years. He and his wife have three grown children and seven grandchildren. He enjoys hunting, fishing, boating and spending time with his family.
